SurfaBabe Wellness ("we") makes handmade natural skincare and home-care products in Hội An, Vietnam. This page explains what personal information we collect and how we look after it.

What we collect.

We do not collect or store card numbers. Card payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your card details under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it. To take and deliver your order, contact you about it, process payments and refunds, keep the records the law requires, and (only if you sign up) send our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

Who we share it with. Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe (card payments), Wise or your bank (transfers), WhatsApp (chat), our delivery partners, and our website host and email provider. Order alerts go to the shop owners. Some of these services store data outside Vietnam. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it. Only as long as we need it for your order, our accounting and tax records, or the law. We keep order records for 5 years for tax purposes, and newsletter emails until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. Under Vietnam's personal data protection law, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Write to Uptoyou.wellness@gmail.com and we will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and act on it as fast as the law requires.

Changes. If we update this page, we will change the date at the top.
